President and CEO

JM Padron is the President and CEO of RE/MAX Premier Associates and RE/MAX Commercial Associates, a Large Real Estate firm with over 70 agents, and a Commercial Real Estate company with approximately 15 commercial brokers. Mr. Padron has closed important commercial deals for more than $200 million, as well as leased more than 300,000 Sq Ft of retail and office space. JM Padron brings more than 25 years of experience in management, business development and mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Mr. Padron has held important senior management positions in Motorola, AT&T Network Systems, CCI and Shell Oil, among others. Mr. Padron received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Metropolitan University, a Master of Engineering Sciences Degree from Lamar University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Mr. Padron is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida, and holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Mr. Padron is currently finishing his CPM designation from the IREM Institute. Mr. Padron held important recognitions in his productive years at RE/MAX: Member of the RE/MAX multimillion dollar 100% Club and the prestigious Chairman’s Club. Mr. Padron is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mr. Padron is a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, NAR, FAR, CCIM, IREM, SOCR, ICSC. Mr. Padron has served in different position with the CCIM Ft. Lauderdale-Broward District: 2007 Member of the BoD, 2008 VP of the District, 2009 President, 2010-2011 Education Chair and is currently serving as VP of Education for the CCIM Florida Chapter. Padron is an active member of the Rotary Club of Weston.

Teresa Rodriguez
Office Manager for Commercial Division

Teresa Rodriguez has been working as an assistant in Real Estate for the last five years, three of them with the Belmonte Team at RE/MAX. Teresa used to manage the listings and sales from beginning to end and she used to coordinate the inspections and closings with all parties involved. She managed the advertising and the farming and also helped with the open houses. Currently at RE/MAX Commercial Associates she overseas the overall management of the company. Also, she is in charge of the newly created Property Management at RE/MAX Premier Associates, which includes: Collection of rents, service of tenant notices, coordinate of eviction process, coordinate all the required repairs approved by owner, regular inspections, deposit refund evaluation and statement, preparing property for re-rent, monthly statement to owner(s), manage the contractor for yard, pool and outside cleaning.

Jessica Zamd
Office Manager for Residential Division

Miss Zamd started in the Real Estate and Mortgage business seven years ago. She has worked as a Senior Loan Processor and as a Real Estate transaction coordinator for a top producer within the RE/MAX system. Currently, Miss Zamd is the Office Manager of RE/MAX Premier Associates. She oversees the overall management of the company including but not limited to the agent’s operations and transactions being responsible for monitoring the compliance to verify that the files comply with the rules and regulations of real estate. Miss Zamd is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Gail Cruz
Marketing Director

Gail has been in the printing business for over 30 years. She is trained in all aspects of graphic design and printing. She worked for Beckman Coulter and Baxter Healthcare producing all packaging and advertising for hospital supplies and medical products.

In 1996, Baxter moved their production to Germany and Gail accepted a position at RE/MAX Partners assisting agents with advertising and marketing for realtors® in seven offices.

In 2002 Gail was offered a job at RE/MAX Premier Associates where she now assists over 70 realtors® with their day-to-day marketing including print media and Internet advertising.
