of JM Partners Investments, Inc to partner with a limited number of

Company known as Sawgrass Professional Executives LLC. RE/MAX
Premier Associates will act as Managing Member of the Company,
assign the purchase contract to the new Company and then purchase
the subject property. Sawgrass Professional Executives LLC will then
attempt to obtain all the appropriate governmental approvals with
the City of Sunrise and The Broward County Commission. The property
