JM Padron
President/Broker
JM Padron is the President of REMAX Premier Associates, a large real
estate firm with more than 70 agents. The firm has a commercial
division and a residential division. Mr. Padron has closed important
commercial deals for more than $200 million, as well as leased more
than 200,000 Sq Ft of retail space. JM Padron brings more than 25
years of experience in management, business development and mergers
and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Mr. Padron has
held important senior management positions in Motorola, AT&T Network
Systems, CCI and Shell Oil, among others. Mr. Padron received a
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Metropolitan University and
a Master of Engineering Sciences Degree from Lamar University and an
MBA from Cleveland State University. Mr. Padron is a Licensed Real
Estate and Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida, and holds the
prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
designation. Mr. Padron held important recognitions in his
productive years at RE/MAX: Member of the RE/MAX multimillion dollar
100% Club and the prestigious Chairman’s Club. Mr. Padron is fluent
in both English and Spanish. Mr. Padron is a member of the chamber
of commerce, NAR, FAR, and is the Vice-president and President-elect
2009 of the CCIM Broward-Ft. Lauderdale district.

Gail Cruz
Marketing Director
Gail has been in the printing business for over 30 years. She is
trained in all aspects of graphic design and printing. She worked
for Beckman Coulter and Baxter Healthcare producing all packaging
and advertising for hospital supplies and medical products.
In 1996, Baxter moved their production to Germany and Gail accepted
a position at RE/MAX Partners assisting agents with advertising and
marketing for realtors® in seven offices.
In 2002 Gail was offered a job at RE/MAX Premier Associates where
she now assists over 70 realtors® with their day-to-day marketing
including print media and internet advertising.

Wendy Mora – Giltz
Office Coordinator
Wendy Mora – Giltz started in the real estate business four years
ago when she worked as an assistant to a real estate developer. She
has also worked for a prestigious mortgage company in which she held
the position of closing coordinator. Wendy scheduled the closings
with title companies, prepared closing documents and calculated wire
amounts to be sent.
Today, Wendy is proud to be working as the Office Coordinator of
REMAX Premier Associates. In this position, she processes
commissions for the agents and verifies that the files comply with
the rules and regulations of real estate.

Teresa Rodriguez
Property Manager
Teresa Rodriguez has been working as an assistant in Real Estate for
the last five years, three of them with the Belmonte Team at RE/MAX.
Teresa used to manage the listings and sales from beginning to end
and she used to coordinate the inspections and closings with all
parties involved. She managed the advertising and the farming and
also helped with the open houses. Now she is in charge of the newly
created Property Management at RE/MAX Premier Associates, which
includes: Collection of rents, service of tenant notices, coordinate
of eviction process, coordinate all the required repairs approved by
owner, regular inspections, deposit refund evaluation and statement,
preparing property for re-rent, monthly statement to owner(s),
manage the contractor for yard, pool and outside cleaning.
